Our History
Jamieson & Smith have been part of Shetland life since the 1930s, when the business was founded by the Smith family of Berry Farm in Scalloway on the east coast of Shetland.
In the 1960s, we relocated to our current premises overlooking the harbour in Lerwick. Our small cluster of buildings on the North Road includes our wool sheds and a renovated church, which is now home to our yarn store, and in 2020 we extended the shop.
