Designed for two bairns for a wedding in Shetland this fun tie is knit in Shetland Heritage wool. Knit in the round until the point of the tie where you work back and forth in Fair Isle, this quick knit features an easy to remember Fair Isle pattern with minimal colour changes.

Materials

Jamieson & Smith Shetland Heritage Yarn – 100% Real Shetland Wool - 110m(120yd)/25g

Yarn A – Snaa White: 2 x 25g balls

Yarn B – Mussel Blue: 1 x 25g ball

Yarn C – Indigo: 1 x 25g ball

Yarn D – Madder: 1 x 25g ball

3.5mm (UK 9/US 4) DPNs or your preferred method for working small diameters in the round

Elastic to fit comfortably around child’s neck

Finished Tie Length approx. 23cm
