100% Real Shetland Wool
Suggested Needle Size: 3mm
Tension: 36 sts and 36 rows over 4 inches using 3mm needles over stocking stitch
20 sts and 28 rows over 4 inches using 3mm needles over Lace pattern 

This yarn was developed with Shetland Museum and Archives as part of the Shetland Fine Lace Project. This yarn is worsted spun from the natural, undyed colours of pure bred Shetland Sheep to replicate the hand spun yarns used in the finest Shetland lace items of the 1800's, such as Queen Victoria's stockings.

Thank you for your feedback, Unfortunately, that has given us a 1-star review, the order was placed on the 24th and dispatched on the 26th. There was no boat in from Shetland on the 26th or 27th so any weather delays are outwith our control.
