Paper copy of the pattern for the Wista Beanie, designed by Sandra Manson. A classic Shetland Hat pattern featuring Fair Isle motifs and a swirly crown, instructions are included for a corrugated rib brim or a fold-over 1x1 rib. You will need 2ply Jumper Weight shades 93, 21, 96, 132 and 14 x 1 ball each.

You will also need:
2.5mm DPNs or circular needles for the rib
3.0mm DPNs or circular needles for the hat body
3.0mm DPNs for the hat crown

Sizing
Fold-over brim beanie: Approx. 56cm/22in wide and 22cm/8.5in long from cuff to top (with the brim folded; this can be adjusted depending on how much you fold it over).
Corrugated rib beanie: Approx. 56cm/22in wide and 22cm/8.5in long from cuff to top.

The pattern is sized to fit an average adult head. If you need a larger hat, you can increase your needle size, though this may affect the amount of yarn used.
