Data Use Limitation Request Form

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations (RGPD), the right to limit the processing of your data allows you to to take a break from use of  your data.

• This right applies in the following cases:
• If your data is not accurate
• If the processing of your data is unlawful, but you do not want us to delete the data
• If the data you have entered is no longer required but you wish us to retain it for legal purposes
•  If you wish to object to the processing of your data

If one of the above scenarios applies to you, please contact us with the following information:

• Customer Name
• Email address (to verify your identity)
• Order Number (if applicable)
• Confirmation that you want your data deleted
