Shipping policy

Order Processing
We aim to process all orders within 1–3 business days from receipt of payment. During busy periods, such as Shetland Wool Week or holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly longer, but we will do our best to keep you informed. Please note we only process orders Monday-Friday.

Any orders which come in after 12pm will be processed the following working day.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom and internationally. Please note that delivery times and shipping costs may vary depending on the destination.

Shipping Methods and Carriers
We use reliable postal and courier services to deliver your orders, including Royal Mail and trusted international couriers. The specific carrier may vary depending on your location and order size.

Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are as follows (after dispatch):

• UK: 2–5 working days

• Europe: 5–10 working days

• Rest of the world: 7–21 working days

Please note these are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control such as customs processing, carrier delays, or adverse weather conditions.

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may be added by your country; on the whole, these charges are not included and are the responsibility of the recipient. 

Tracking Your Order
Where possible, we provide tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to become active with the carrier.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
We take great care in packaging and dispatching your order. However, once the parcel is with the carrier, the risk passes to you. If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us promptly so we can assist you in resolving the issue.
