All of the prices shown are in £ sterling and include UK VAT. If you are outside the UK, the prices will be automatically adjusted when you enter your details. 
We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards.
 
Purchasing
All items offered on our website are subject to availability. To purchase any of the items on our Web Site, click the "Add to Basket" button shown on each product page. When you place an order we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. You will receive another email from us when the order is dispatched. We always get our orders out as quickly as possible. Please keep in mind that we are a small company and it may take us a little longer during busy periods.

Returns
If you are unhappy with any item you may return it at your expense, in it's original condition within 14 days for an exchange or refund.
Should you wish to return your purchase within 14 days of you receiving it, please contact us by email: mailroom@shetlandwoolbrokers.co.uk
 
If it has been longer than 14 days we regret that we cannot accept returns if you have changed your mind, if you send us a return without contacting us first we may not be able to facilitate the refund and we will return it back to you. 
 
If you wish to exchange yarn you are responsible for the cost of posting the wool back to us and the cost of postage for the exchanged yarn. When the yarn arrives back we will contact you for payment details for sending out the new yarn.

Colour representation
We take great care to photograph our yarns as accurately as possible and to describe colours clearly. However, please be aware that colours may appear differently on screen depending on individual monitor settings and lighting conditions. If you are unhappy with the colour on receipt, you are welcome to return the item in unused condition, provided it adheres to our above Returns Policy. In this instance, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
