Fingerless mitts featuring a couple of peerie crofthooses.

Materials Jamieson & Smith 2ply Jumper Weight (4ply weight / fingering; 100% Real Shetland Wool; 115m; 25g balls)
Yarn A: Shade FC58; 2 x 25g balls
Yarn B: Shade 125; 1 x 25g ball
Yarn C: Shade FC7; 1x 25g ball
Yarn D: Shade 202; 1 x 25g ball

One set 2mm double-pointed needles (DPNs) or needles suitable for your preferred method of small circumference knitting
One set 3.25mm double-pointed needles (DPNs) or needles suitable for your preferred method of small circumference knitting
1 stitch marker
2 lengths of smooth waste yarn for afterthought thumb placement
2 stitch holders or longer lengths of smooth waste yarn

Size One size, to fit small/medium adult hands
Hand circumference above thumb:21cm / 8ºin
Length: 14cm / 5Ωin

Tension 28 sts and 32 rows to 10cm over chart patterns using 3.25mm needles, after washing and blocking. You may need different sized needles to match tension. Please check your tension carefully and adjust your needle size accordingly.
