Heritage Hat Kit

Kit for the Heritage Hat by Lesley Smith, a beautiful Fair Isle hat made using our Shetland Heritage range, which is inspired by the traditional yarns used in early Fair Isle knitting.

Size
One size to fit adult with head circumference of 19”/49cm. Total length is 7.5”/19cm.

You will also need:
2.5mm x 40cm circular needle
Set of 5 2.5mm x 20cm double pointed needles
(US size 2 is the closest to this size but knit a swatch before you begin.)
Stitch marker & a tapestry needle

Tension
4”/10cm = 36 stitches & 44 rows over fair-isle after washing.
