Paper pattern for Wirlie Mitts designed by Lesley Smith, they are knit from the bottom up in the round, starting and finishing with 2 colour corrugated rib (so no fiddly fingers!). The thumb gore is formed by increasing up one side of the hand. The pattern is the same on both sides of the hand so they can be worn on either hand. The pattern includes written instructions and charts. It includes 2 sizes Ladies medium and Gents medium. There are 7 colours used in total but as with traditional fair-isle only 2 colour per row.
